These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and ppp999 ("ppp999", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ppp999 online sportsbook, casino, and all associated products and services available at https://ppp999.bet and any related mobile applications.

Where ppp999 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a registered user is under the age of 21, the account will be suspended immediately. Any funds deposited by a verified underage user will be returned minus any winnings generated, which will be forfeited in full.

Each individual is permitted to register and maintain a single ppp999 account. The operation of more than one account — whether under the same name, address, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When completing the registration process, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You further agree to update your account information promptly should any of the details you provided change. ppp999 accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate account information supplied by the user.

You are solely responsible for:

All financial transactions on ppp999 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). ppp999 does not charge internal processing fees on standard PKR deposits or withdrawals made through supported local payment channels. However, third-party payment providers — including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank — may apply their own transaction fees which are outside ppp999's control.

Deposits: Funds deposited into your ppp999 account become available for wagering once the deposit has been confirmed by the relevant payment provider. Deposit processing times vary by payment method and are subject to the operational hours and technical availability of third-party providers. ppp999 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment infrastructure.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests will be processed by ppp999 in accordance with our standard processing schedule. ppp999 reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification checks before processing any withdrawal. All withdrawal requests must be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the ppp999 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply to all deposits and withdrawals. Current limits are displayed within the ppp999 banking section of your account and may be subject to revision without prior notice.

• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name.
• ppp999 does not accept deposits from credit cards or borrowed funds.

• Unused deposited funds may be withdrawn at any time, subject to identity verification requirements.

All bets placed on ppp999 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and betting market. These rules are accessible within the relevant sportsbook section of the platform and form part of this Agreement by reference.

ppp999 reserves the right to void, suspend, or restrict any bet or betting market at its sole discretion where:

• The event or market is affected by irregular or suspicious betting patterns.
• Odds were published erroneously due to a technical fault or human error, and the correct odds would have been materially different.
• The event has been cancelled, postponed, or abandoned in circumstances not covered by the relevant sport-specific rules.
• Information affecting the outcome of the event was publicly available prior to bet placement in a manner that constitutes insider information or match manipulation.
• A bet was placed after the event has already concluded, whether due to a technical delay or any other reason.

Where a bet is voided, the stake will be returned to the player's ppp999 account balance in full. ppp999's decision on the settlement of all bets is final, subject only to the formal dispute resolution process set out in Section 15.

Live in-play betting markets are subject to additional latency and connectivity considerations. ppp999 accepts no liability for bets that could not be placed due to connectivity issues on the user's side. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed by ppp999's system, it is binding regardless of subsequent connectivity issues experienced by the user.

All casino games offered on ppp999 — including but not limited to slot games, live dealer table games, fish games such as God Fish Slicing, and instant win products — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible from within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of that game only.

ppp999's casino games utilise certified random number generation (RNG) technology and are subject to regular testing by independent third-party auditors to ensure fairness and compliance with our international gaming license requirements. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are made available within the game information panels.

ppp999 is not liable for any loss of game progress, in-game features, or accumulated winnings resulting from technical faults, server outages, or interruptions to internet connectivity outside ppp999's reasonable control. Where a game round is interrupted before completion, ppp999 will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state and settle the round fairly.

ppp999 offers various bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, and loyalty rewards to eligible registered users. Each promotional offer is subject to its own specific bonus terms, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made. The following general conditions apply to all ppp999 promotions unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are valid for the period specified in the individual offer. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from the account automatically.
• Bonuses are issued for personal use only and may not be transferred, sold, or shared.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the ppp999 platform and constitute a material breach of this Agreement. ppp999 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited activities, withhold associated funds pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant authorities.

• Match fixing and sports corruption: Placing or facilitating bets based on information derived from the manipulation of sporting events.
• Arbitrage betting abuse: Systematic exploitation of pricing discrepancies in a manner that is detrimental to ppp999's commercial interests and falls outside normal recreational betting behaviour.
• Use of automated software: Operating bots, scripts, or any automated betting software to place wagers or interact with the ppp999 platform.
• Money laundering: Using ppp999 as a conduit to process, conceal, or legitimise proceeds of criminal activity in any form.
• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using fraudulent payment instruments, or misrepresenting your eligibility.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any ppp999 game or market.
• Account sharing: Allowing any third party to access or operate your ppp999 account on your behalf.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised chargebacks or payment reversals with your payment provider in respect of genuine ppp999 transactions.

ppp999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documentation within a reasonable time following a request.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from a payment provider.
• Detection of prohibited activity as described in Section 8.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited. Real-money deposits that are not implicated in the breach will be returned to the player via the original payment method following completion of any required investigation, subject to applicable legal holds.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ppp999 platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not include any right to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any ppp999 software.

Any unauthorised use of ppp999's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ppp999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the ppp999 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.

ppp999 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or uninterrupted. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, server outages, and third-party infrastructure failures may result in temporary unavailability of all or part of the ppp999 service. ppp999 will make reasonable commercial efforts to minimise downtime but accepts no liability for losses suffered as a result of platform unavailability.

ppp999's total aggregate liability to any user in respect of all claims arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that user to their ppp999 account in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit ppp999's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

ppp999 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement. By registering with ppp999, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ppp999 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with trusted service providers — including payment processors, identity verification providers, and fraud prevention services — to the extent necessary to operate the platform and comply with legal obligations. All such third parties are contractually bound to process your data only for the stated purposes and in accordance with applicable data protection law.

ppp999 may be required to disclose user data to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or courts of competent jurisdiction where required to do so by applicable law, without prior notice to the user.

Formal Dispute Process: If informal resolution is not achieved within fourteen (14) days, you may escalate the matter by submitting a formal written complaint to ppp999 via the contact details in Section 16. ppp999 will acknowledge formal complaints within five (5) business days and aim to provide a final response within thirty (30) days.

External Adjudication: If you remain dissatisfied following ppp999's final response, you may refer the dispute to the dispute resolution body designated under ppp999's international gaming license. Nothing in this Section affects any statutory rights you may hold under applicable consumer protection legislation.
